License to Use

You must obtain a valid, active License to access and use Sports Booker. You may obtain a License by subscribing through our official channels. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any License request at its sole discretion. Unauthorized access or use of the Service without a License is strictly prohibited.

The Company may revoke your License at any time at its sole discretion, including cases of policy violations or unpaid fees.

Risks and Responsibilities

Payment and Changes to Fees

Use of Sports Booker requires payment of a recurring monthly License fee. The Company reserves the right to change the monthly fee at its sole discretion and will notify users in advance of any changes. New fees will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

Failure to pay the monthly License fee by the due date will result in immediate suspension or termination of your License.

Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your License at any time by contacting the Company. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will end at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services.

The Company also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your License without notice if you breach these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
